MECAtlas has just delivered a mechanic welded trimmer to Elengy. It takes part in the extension of the LNG terminal of Montoir de bretagne in process of completion.
This manufacturing was realized by experts in welding construction. It is unitarian, without study and without assembly and answered the advantages looked for by our Customer, Ponticelli. This customer looked for outsourcing his project. MECAtlas was held for its capacities, to paint according to the certification “ACQPA”, C5M, (system of protection anticorrosion applied to products very displayed in salt environment), to propose a à la carte simple and clear service, borrows of reactivity with a recognized technical know-how.
The timmer in dimensional respectable of 9,7 m x 7,4 mm, weighs 16 T. and was made in 2 parts in a MECAtlas nave of 12 m x 50 m. It was manipulated by means of overhead cranes of 5T and transported by two special truck loads until Montoir.
The part is settled and from now on operational. (Cf photo of the assembly in process of assembling). As integrator, Ponticelli is more than satisfied with the formula of ” Industrial production à la carte ” proposed by MECAtlas.
